All custom, made-to-order items will only be accepted for return if they are faulty or damaged. The inital cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. This may include photographic evidence. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
